James is settling nicely into the village and routine in Tokyo ahead of his races. We wish him all the best - swimming starts on the 24 July and James swims that day his 400 Free in our evenings starting 19.00 - 21.30 4th event up. We are 7 hours ahead of Botswana.
Then he will swim 200 Free on 25 July same time as above.
