Run your race, trust the legs and when the road starts asking philosophical questions after 30km for the 42.2km crew, just keep moving! 😂

A massive shout-out to our bus drivers: Bols, Thaps, BT Moss, Carol, Rez and our 10K Sub-45 machine! Keep the buses steady, the passengers smiling and bring everyone safely home.

At 38km (42.2km) / 17km (21.1km) look out for the Untamed Waterpoint for hydration, noise, love and premium levels of unnecessary screaming! 😂📣

PITORI CALLING: BROOKLYN ROAD RACE 33KM! 💙🧡

Four uncles, one auntie and 33km of Pitori drama! 😭😂

Led by Team Captain ~ Ray of Sunshine☀️ , our squad is ready to fly the blue and orange army flag at the Brooklyn Road Race 33km!

With 612m of climbing waiting for them, this is no ordinary road race…ke meeting le dithaba! ⛰️

May the legs remain loyal, the lungs cooperate and Madam Mtshali keep these uncles under control! 😂

We wish the entire team travel mercies to Pitori and safely back home. Go enjoy the road, represent with pride and finish strong!

Spring is here, the roads are ours so lets us bloom violently!

Then Sunday is UB Marathon!..where courage meets tarmac and all those quiet morning kilometres finally come to collect their interest.
