My small thoughts of Notes on Traditional Archery Tournament. (I ORGANIZED)
Purpose:
• To celebrate and honor His Majesty's birthday.
• To promote traditional archery in the southern region.
• To preserve and promote our rich cultural heritage.
Event Highlights:
• Date & Venue:22/02/2025 to 23/02/2025=Dagana Dzongkhag,Goshi Gewog, lower Ballaygang,A special archery ground in the southern region was prepared for the occasion.
• Participants: Skilled archers from various regions showcasing their talent.
▪︎ Community Involvement: Local communities enthusiastically participated in organizing and attending the event.
Achievements:
• Fostered a sense of unity and respect for tradition among participants and spectators.
• Raised awareness about the importance of preserving traditional sports and culture.
• Successfully promoted archery in the southern region as a celebrated cultural activity.
Reflection:
This event served as a meaningful tribute to His Majesty and as a reminder of the value of our heritage. With the enthusiastic response, it is envisioned that such tournaments will continue to inspire and connect communities.

On September 9, 2023, a three-star traditional Yangphel archery competition was organized.
The DSA Dzongkhag successfully approved my request to organize our traditional archery tournament based on the aforementioned, and it was successful with the timing of Princess Brith on (09.09.2023) to 10.09.2023. It was a very amazing and wonderful day for me.
My objectives are to: 1. Promote traditional archery and safeguard cultural heritage.
2. To create elaborate pure traditional archery with friendshift
3. To accept personal accountability for all actions as a duty to serve the nation.
