Today we came together to celebrate the International Women’s Day, a day dedicated to recognizing the strength, dedication, and contributions of women in our workplace and in our society.
In an organization like ours, every department—from production to administration, from quality control to human resources—relies on teamwork and commitment. Women play an important role in each of these areas. Their hard work, attention to detail, responsibility, and leadership help our organization maintain high standards and move forward.
Working in an industrial environment requires discipline, resilience, and teamwork. The women in our organization continue to prove every day that with determination and capability, there is no field where they cannot excel. Their contributions strengthen not only our workplace but also our community.
International Women’s Day reminds us that creating a supportive and respectful work environment is everyone’s responsibility. When we value diversity, encourage equal opportunities, and respect each other’s efforts, our organization becomes stronger and more successful.

Our Business Head and Chief Finance Officer joined us in celebrating the women’s day and gave us words of encouragement and appreciation to all the ladies. Our Chief HR and Administrative Officer also talked about the importance of the day and encouraged them.
Further, she also gave awareness on Domestic Violence and Gender Based Violence.
