Body Connection Body Connection is a fully equipt pilates studio. Pilates is a body conditioning method that works in a different way to other fitness techniques.

Pilates classes offered are:
- Studio classes (6-8 people)
- Triple-Private (3 people)
- Semi-Private (2 people)
- Private

Other classes offered are:
- Cardio Boot Camp
- Barre
- Yoga It is a fusion of strength, flexibility and neuromuscular training. Pilates is performed on a mat or specialized equipment. Targeting the deep postural muscles, Pilates works by building strength from the inside out

, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It helps to reshape your body, which will become longer, leaner, and more toned, while improving your posture. Pilates is the perfect balance between strength and flexibility. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY BEGINNERS TO THE STUDIO ARE ASKED TO DO A PRIVATE ASSESSMENT ( 55 MINUTES ) BEFORE STARTING CLASSES

We also offer TRX, Spinning and Barre

Barre fitness classes are simply ballet-inspired, incorporating a ballet barre and some plies into the workout. Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music.
