When Lyndsay first started coaching with me, she was already putting in the work in the gym—but something was missing. Like so many people, she was training consistently but felt stuck. The weight wasn’t coming off the way she wanted, and she couldn’t figure out why.
The missing piece? Nutrition.
Before coaching, she wasn’t tracking her food, wasn’t paying much attention to her macros, and didn’t fully realize how much of a role nutrition played in her progress. But once she committed to tracking, learning about macros, and prioritizing her protein intake, everything changed.
She started understanding her food choices instead of just guessing. She learned how to adjust as needed, making small, daily changes that led to massive results. She built habits—like meal prepping—that set her up for success and made consistency second nature.
And now? She’s thriving in maintenance.
Not only did she lose the weight she wanted, but she feels stronger and more confident than she ever did before—even before pregnancy. Her clothes fit better. Her mindset has completely shifted. She no longer wonders if she can reach her goals—she KNOWS she can.
