MY RESPONSE TO YOUR EXCUSES.
“I can’t lose fat.”
Yes you can. You just want to do it without doing the things required to lose it. You want the results without the inconvenience the comes with it.
“I can’t do 10,000 steps a day.”
Ok, do 7,000, do 5,000. You don’t need to hit a magical number. But sitting around all day and acting confused as to why your body isn’t changing isn’t a mystery.
“I don’t want to lower my calorie intake.”
Then increase your activity. You don’t get to say, “I won’t eat less, I won’t move more, I won’t change what I eat,” and expect a change.
“What can I take to lose my belly fat?”
What did you take to get the belly fat? Take less of that, it’s guaranteed to work. If you put a car in drive, it goes forward, if you put it in reverse, it will do the opposite.
“But I’m hungry.”
Are you sure? Test it first. Drink some water. Make sure you’re not depressed, stressed or anxious. If you’re still hungry, then eat, but stop acting like a box of donuts, ice cream or a family size bag of chips are your only options. You already know what to eat.
“I don’t like fruits and vegetables.”
Okay, then find something you actually like. Don’t eat broccoli cause I told you to. But if you hate cardio, you hate lifting weights, hate walking, you hate eating nutrient dense foods, hate cutting calories, hate changing the way you eat…then what the heck are you expecting me to do?🤷🏾♂️
