Hey Nassau Facebook Community, we’re Women’s Intuition Gym! We’re a here in Nassau offering a 30 minute workout program focused on strength training, cardio and stretching. When you’re stronger you increase your flexibility which can prevent injury leading to a more active, all-around healthy lifestyle.

Our group gym classes are all led by an instructor and range from high to low intensity, which means you can always find a program that suits your needs! We have a special membership promotion going on right now!
