We pride ourselves in analyzing each client to determine their strengths and weaknesses for their best results. We offer 20 exercise sessions a month in the fresh air outdoors for all fitness levels, complimented with the kind of support you won't find anywhere else. Sessions will be held Monday – Thursday from 6:00pm to 7:30pm and Saturday morning walks at 5:45am beginning
January 1st , 2023. Our
offerings include a free Meal Plan, complementary natural drink which can be supplemented as a meal replacement and a sample detox drink along with a fitness regimen. Our natural drinks and Detox are made fresh every day. During the first session every client will be given a meal plan which will be used as part of the fitness program. All clients will be required to weigh in to track weight loss progress. Weigh-ins will be done every Monday to record progress. Each client is required to have a mat along with two small water bottles that will supplement for strength training and jump rope to help supplement cardio. It is recommended that everyone remain in the program for at least 3 months in order to get the best results possible. Our goal is to build a family-oriented environment where accountability and encouragement is key. Each client will be added to a WhatsApp group for motivation and encouragement, updates and challenges, posting of daily meals and weight loss progress. This program is a two tier program which encompasses both fitness and Wellness.
