A good start to things we would need for the gym side of it…. Would have to order some small items and flooring depending on the space. This excludes shipping/duty costs so it is a huge cost upfront but this would facilitate the gym to have appropriate size classes and everything would be plate loaded which is easier cost wise. I’m sure we could find better pricing on second hand items but just a rough idea.

If we could make it happen, I would love to reopen!

Prices for things needed for Kids/Adults MMA:

Clients would be able to purchase their own of the following-

• mouth guards
• cups (boys)
• headgear
• gloves
• shin guards
• wrist wraps

Those are mandatory for classes.

Glutes/Ham focus again!

4 sets : 10-15 each exercise

Difference between regular hip thrusts and kas bridges are the range of motion. Kas bridges (what was shown in video) has a shorter range of motion, similar to a pulse, which makes all the tension go straight to the glutes. Add holds after each rep or set for the extra burn.

Quick leg day focusing on glutes and hamstrings!

For those wishing to have bigger legs/glutes - take your rep range down to 6-8, up your weight but still ensure form is correct and eat more protein!

Workouts do not have to be 10-12 exercises to be efficient. Choose 5-6 exercises and up your sets to 4-6 of 6-8 rep range.

Happy New Year!

Our Color Run has been postponed until summer and we will be updating our clients on what date we plan to begin classes again.

In the meantime, Abaco Dance & Wellness Studio will be open to all and the classes are phenomenal.

Lots of new changes to occur and we cannot wait to see everyone again.
