Total Integrated Training "Movement is Medicine" I competed in the famous Mr. World 2014 competition as Mr. Bahamas ending as one of the semifinalists.

That's right, it's another Better Movement Minute!!

In this installment, we learn how to incorporate the hip motion from our previous video into a '𝐒π₯𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐰𝐒𝐧𝐠'.

- slide the grip
- twist the hips
- flick the heel
- sit on the switch
DON'Ts:❌
- lean forward
- let go of the hammer
