You don't have to live with pain.
More times than not it's a fairly easy fix. A lot of us are on our phones quite a bit.
Others use technology like tablets or computers. And some use all three.
That being the case we start to have a lot of forward head posture.
The more forward head posture you have the worse it could be for your entire body.
For every inch your head is forward that puts an additional 10 to 12 lb of pressure on your lower back.
So you may not have a back problem.
You could just have a forward head posture problem.
Crazy right!
But of course that can also lead to neck pain. But like I said, it should normally pretty easy to fix.
3 to 5 minutes is usually all you need.
