Lately, we’ve become too science-based…
and forgot the basics.

Everyone is chasing optimal now.
Angles. Tempo. Perfect setup.

But muscle was never built that way.

It was built with:
heavy weight
controlled reps
and real effort.

You don’t need more complexity.

You need to execute better and push harder.

The basics built physiques back then…
and they still do now.

More exhaustion…

And you still look the same.

That’s not effort.
That’s overtraining.

Your strength drops.
