December 2023 Vs April 2024 ❤️
8 things that helped me get back on track.
1. I WAS READY FOR A CHANGE! I honestly think this was the biggest factor. I was uncomfortable in my clothes, always pulling my pants higher, trying to pull down my crops tops(IMPOSSIBLE) and lastly my pantyhose, WHEW! My pantyhose that I wear for work were digging into my stomach 😩.
2. No alcohol in the past 35 days. (Which was hard for me cause I love a lil wine night cap).
3. Increased cardio and reduced lifting weights. I noticed I didn’t have TIME to lift effectively.
4. WATER! WATER! WATER!
5. Consciously increased protein by adding more nuts, shakes, eggs, and yogurt.
6. I weighed myself 🫣 Now, tread lightly with one! lol. Everyone is different and I go through phases. At times I don’t weigh at all and go off how my clothes fit but this time, I used my weight as motivation! If I lost 2 lbs, I’d challenge myself to lose 1 more.
7. Celebrated the small wins.
8. Didn’t put pressure on myself.
Long story short… just start!
