Each punch in karate has its own purpose — from speed and power to precision and timing. Learn the fundamentals and strike with perfect form:

👊 Oi-Zuki – Lunge punch, moving forward with power.
👊 Gyaku-Zuki – Reverse punch using hip rotation.
👊 Mawashi-Zuki – Hook punch targeting the side.
👊 Yama-Zuki – Mountain punch with double thrusts.
👊 Heiko-Zuki – Twin punches moving straight ahead.
👊 Awase-Zuki – Combined punch with both hands.
👊 Ura-Zuki – Upper punch close to the body.
👊 Hasami-Zuki – Scissor punch attacking from both sides.
👊 Tate-Zuki – Vertical fist punch, compact and fast.
