Although I didn’t get the gold this year, I’m bringing home the Pan-American bronze! Wouldn’t trade the memories and experiences for anything. Thank you to everyone who helped get me here. Time to get back to the grind!

Phew! Been diligently watching what I eat so I can not only fuel my body, but make weigh ins here in a few short weeks for Pan-ams. I’ve been semi-bulking tail-end of summer to beginning of fall so this cut the last few week is starting to show!

For a long while, I used to be really Insecure about my broad shoulders and wide rib cage, but ever since I started kickboxing and becoming a gym rat, I have really grown to love the shape of my body that God blessed me with! To contour my muscles around my frame is a challenge I’m still working on but I couldn’t be more confident and proud of what this beast is becoming! ❤️
