Having a bit of fun. After two hours training. Some basics, and Sam Bu Jin. We also had a visit from Egypt, Jaime came over for a short visit which we welcomed. He has re-started his training. So for Jaime was a good refresher session.

Here,. I am teaching one of the students how to enter with Fung Sao. The techniques teach the following concept: Lin Siel Die Dar or simultaneous attack and defense, avoidance, entering by passing the second gate and closing the gap and Attacking at vital point's, in this case bladder/ groin area and zhongwan point and depending on the angle Da Bao point.

The main aim of this instrument us to help the student understand the relationship of attack and defence in relation to angles and body positioning, it will also help with the feeling of live power and limb conditionings.
