A social project within a STEM Racing team directly impacts people’s lives by democratizing access to science and technology, bringing knowledge, innovation, and opportunities to communities that would not normally have contact with this type of experience. Through practical activities, workshops, and initiatives that connect participants to the world of engineering and technology, the project promotes inclusion, reduces inequalities, and creates a sense of belonging among those involved.
It also strengthens self-esteem, inspires confidence, and encourages each person reached to recognize their own potential for transformation. In this way, the impact goes beyond technical aspects and reaches social and emotional dimensions, generating community development, broadening perspectives, and leaving a lasting legacy of motivation and new possibilities for the future.
