Our fierce female trio, & .casiano just owned the day! They powered through a 1500m swim, 40km bike, and 10km run, enough fire to bag 3rd place๐Ÿฅ‰at todayโ€™s Olympic Distance Triathlon.

Todayโ€™s Nasser Bin Hamad Cycling Tour - Ladies Race .cycling.tour didnโ€™t go quite as planned for our FIT fam powerhouse .casiano. She was riding strong, confident, and totally in the zone ๐Ÿ’ช โ€” until a cyclist up front decided to throw in a surprise swerve to the right.๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Cue chaos โž” reflex move โž” dramatic crash. ๐Ÿ’ฅ

No worries though โ€” sheโ€™s fine. Cristina will heal, sheโ€™ll rise, and sheโ€™ll come back faster, and tougher than ever. Thatโ€™s what champions do. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
