Starting the week off right with a juicy glutes workout 🍑🔥💖
It’s always best to start with lower volume first and move up from there, add more later once you feel you needed to👏🏼💪🏼
Here are a few of my favorite glutes gain lift!
1. Cable RDLs 10x5
2.Elevated DB sumo squats with hold at the end 12x4
3.Hip thrust machine 10x3
4.Bulgarian Split Squats 8x4 each
5. B stance squats 10x3 each
6.Abductions (leaning back) hold at the end 12x4
