In Special Racket, we foster environments where young people can learn with and from one another . Peer support plays a vital role in creating a culture of empathy, respect, and mutual encouragement

When children support each other—by passing the shuttlecock, cheering from the sidelines, or simply sharing a laugh—they learn the values of teamwork and cooperation. These simple moments help dismantle stereotypes and build bridges across different abilities and backgrounds .

Sports become truly inclusive when every participant feels not only welcomed, but also supported by their teammates .

At Special Racket, we believe that inclusion should be at the heart of every sporting experience .
That’s why our project is dedicated to creating opportunities for children and young people with special needs to participate in sports—particularly badminton—in a safe, welcoming, and empowering environment

Innovation opens the door to greater inclusion in sport .
Technology is playing an increasingly important role in making sports more accessible to everyone. From adaptive equipment and wearable tech to digital training platforms, these tools allow more children with special needs to engage with sport in ways that work best for them .

At Special Racket, we are exploring how technology can support learning, communication, and performance in inclusive badminton sessions .

Whether it's using apps for visual cues, customizing equipment, or connecting with remote coaches, technology helps us meet diverse needs more effectively .
