🌿 Re’a Community Picnic 🌿

This is a free, open gathering — just a chance for all of us to slow down, connect, and enjoy a beautiful afternoon together.

🕒 3:00 PM — Meet at Re’a Wellness
From there, we’ll walk together to the Sea Garden or the beach to relax, talk, and spend time in good company.

We’ll bring some drinks and snacks to share, and you’re more than welcome to bring something small too — nothing fancy at all, just a little something to put on the blanket and share with everyone.

Feel free to invite your friends, even if they’ve never been to Re’a before. Everyone is welcome.

All our instructors will also be there, so it’s a lovely chance to meet, connect, and just enjoy time outside the studio.

No structure, no pressure — just community, sun, and a slow afternoon by the sea 🌊

Тази extension програма е създадена за инструктори, които вече са завършили Mat/Reformer и са готови да надградят начина, по който преподават, мислят и структурират своите класове.

В обучението ще изучаваш:

• интелигентно sequencing
• spring logic
• class themes & programming
• contemporary Re’a Method flows
• apparatus-specific progressions

Това не е курс за събиране на още упражнения.

Това е следващата стъпка към това да станеш по-завършен и уверен инструктор.

This extension is designed for instructors who have already completed Mat/Reformer and are ready to elevate how they teach, think, and programme.

Inside you’ll learn:
