Early-ish in the morning up here and the valley's still full of mist.
We're practising in a couple of hours — 9am London, 11am Bulgaria. Some slow somatic movement to let the body arrive, then Sufi breathwork, then a heart opening to finish. Free, like the whole weekend has been.
I've been doing this a long time and the mornings up here still do something no studio ever managed. The air's different. You'll hear it — birds, wind, the odd dog.
Next week we open the doors properly and this becomes a place you can come to every week, wherever you are in the world.

Free yoga, live from Bulgaria — this morning 🌿

Mårten's teaching at 10:30 Bulgaria / 8:30 London, online and open to anyone.

And tomorrow morning I'm running a Sufi breathwork session — 11:00 Bulgaria / 9:00 London. Energising, with some light movement and bodywork. A good way into a Sunday.

Both free. We keep our room links in our WhatsApp group rather than posting them publicly It keeps the space closed and private, which matters for this kind of practice.

There's a kind of tiredness that sleep doesn't fix.

The kind that comes from holding everyone and everything. From being the strong one. From giving and giving, and quietly forgetting there was ever a well to draw from yourself.

This Saturday is for that.

In the old Bulgarian calendar, 15 August is Golyama Bogoroditsa — the day of the Great Mother. The feminine. Rest. Being held, instead of always doing the holding.

We're marking it together, online and free. I'll be sharing a Kundalini practice, and Tim will hold a sufi breathwork journey — a couple of hours to come home to yourself.
