When "Family Time" means "Tennis Time" 🎾

At Tennis Club "Lulin 6", Saturdays aren't for screens. They are for sneakers, rackets, and laughter on the court.

Experience the effect in action: It’s not just about winning the point. It’s about a grandfather teaching his grandson the perfect backhand. It’s about a mother and daughter connecting through rallies on the clay.
As a proud partner of the INSPIRA project, our mission is to transform the club into a hub for health and connection for everyone—from age 10 to 60+!. We believe sport is the bridge between generations.

When people think of tennis, they often think about speed, strength and technique… but there’s another side that matters just as much. 🧠🎾

Tennis challenges your focus, decision-making and emotional control. Every point requires concentration, quick thinking and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

That’s why regular participation in sport doesn’t just improve physical health — it also strengthens mental resilience and wellbeing.

Through INSPIRA, we promote tennis as a tool that supports both body and mind, helping players build confidence, reduce stress and stay mentally active.

Because sometimes the toughest opponent is not across the net — it’s staying focused within yourself.

👉 What helps YOU stay focused during challenges?

🎾 New series alert!
We’re breaking down the basics of tennis technique and next is one of the most important elements — forehand.

A successful tennis club is not defined by its facilities — it’s defined by its people and atmosphere. 🎾

The strongest clubs are the ones that:
✔ Welcome new players openly
✔ Support all skill levels
✔ Encourage community interaction
✔ Adapt to modern needs with innovation

Through the INSPIRA project, we work on helping clubs become more inclusive, sustainable and engaging, using both practical methods and digital tools.

Because when people feel welcome, they don’t just join — they stay.

👉 What do YOU think makes a great sports club?

🎾 Tennis is more than a game – it’s a lifelong path to health!
Did you know your tennis club can be much more than just a place to train? Under the project, we are transforming traditional clubs into ""Tennis Social Clubs for Health"" (TSCH).

What are we doing exactly? ✅ Developing new safety and accessibility protocols. ✅ Introducing ""green"" standards for sustainability. ✅ Using scientific research from the University of Vienna to prove the benefits of sport for physical and mental well-being.
Our mission is to motivate more people to stay active by turning the court into a space for social connection and self-care.
