For investors:
The project is to build a sports and recreation complex of small houses, a prefabricated structure, training rooms for various martial arts, yoga and other eastern practices located between the houses, which allows easy access, indoor pools, saunas and therapy studios, outdoor pool in the middle of the complex, with water corridors to the indoor pools. The complex has a restaurant and kitchens in each cottage.

Outside the built-up area there will also be a climbing camp and a caravan park.

The total area is 5000 sq.m, of which 3000 sq.m is covered area. The investment is about €1.5M, €250K per stage.
