🎾Successfully balancing a sports career and learning is entirely possible. In fact, it can help young athletes be winners - on and off the field.

🟢 According to Megan Fritsch, Personal Excellence Manager at the Australian Institute of Sport, athletes who find a way to combine their athletic career with their education are successful at the Olympic level. Finding balance in their professional aspect, helps them achieve better balance in life and more stable relationships outside of sports.
🟢 Prof. Ian Henry, Emeritus Professor at Loughborough University, supports this thesis and explains that training can bring an added perspective to training. It will help the athlete to navigate the situation and cope better with setbacks in sport.
🟢Studies have found that combining training with coaching positively influences planning and goal setting, teamwork, interpersonal skills, leadership and the ability to set priorities.
And for sure, it will helps them to launch a new career when their active sport career ends.
TC4DC project (622045 – ЕPP- 1- 2020 – 1- BG – SPO – SCP) is a great opportunity for young people to make this balance and to get a better career opportunities.

The match was played between John Isner and Nicolas Mahut in the first round of the men’s singles at the 2010 Wimbledon. On the third day, the electronic scoreboard stopped working at 47:47 in the fifth set, as it was not programmed to save results after that point. 🤩The record of the John Isner vs Nicolas Mahut encounter is unlikely to be broken as tennis matches now employ the tie-break rule to decide the final set.
