At F4, everything starts on the water. Founded in 2008 by friends Al Mirel and Chris Radkowski, the brand grew from a shared obsession with speed and progression. What began in garages in Silicon Valley quickly turned into a constant pursuit of better equipment, built from real experience. ing, refining, and building across windsurf foiling, winging and beyond, always pushing performance forward in a way riders can actually feel. From early prototypes to today, the process hasn’t changed. We still build through iteration, time on the water, and direct feedback from riders across San Francisco and the Black Sea. With multiple PWA victories and speed records, our development has been shaped at the highest level. Performance isn’t a feature — it’s the baseline.
