31-вото състезание по карате за деца от детските градини, организирано от КБИ „ГРИФОН“ – Кобукан Доджо, премина с много емоции, отлична организация и силно участие.
В Спортна зала Васил Левски се събраха десетки малки каратеки от детските градини в Сливен, които показаха завиден дух, дисциплина и желание за изява. За много от тях това беше първо състезание, но те се представиха уверено и с усмивка.
Събитието даде възможност на децата да направят първите си стъпки в състезателнa атмосфера, да усетят подкрепата на публиката и да изградят увереност при представянето си. Родители и треньори подкрепяха активно всеки участник, а атмосферата беше истински празник на спорта.
Поздравления за всички деца за смелостта и старанието. Благодарим на треньорите и родителите за подкрепата и доверието.

Днес се навършват 6 години от кончината на Садашиге Като Сенсей.

За нас той беше не само учител, той беше посока.

Това, което ни остави, не са просто техники. Това е начин на мислене и отношение към карате. Ясно, директно и без компромиси.

Днес носим отговорност да продължим този път. Да пазим нивото. Да предаваме знанието точно така, както сме го получили.

Пътят продължава…… с Като Сенсей в сърцата ни.

🔥 IJKA Continental Cup 2026🥋

The IJKA Continental Cup 2026 represents an important milestone in the development of IJKA.

Through the technical seminars, we aim to establish unified standards for IJKA competition rules.
These standards will then be implemented at the Continental Cup, where selected representatives from each continent will participate.

For this reason, participation in the tournament is limited, ensuring a focused and high-level environment.

This event serves as a foundational step toward future IJKA World Championships.

In addition, the exchange program will provide an opportunity for members to spend time together beyond training — sharing experiences, building friendships, and strengthening the unity of the IJKA community.

Greetings from Merate, Italy.
The team from IJKA Bulgaria is taking part in an excellent technical seminar led by Takato Utsumi Sensei and Norio Kawasaki Sensei. The dojo is full of karateka and the training is at a very high level.

We are very happy to be here and to see that the path of Kato Sensei continues to be followed and developed. It is a great experience to train together and share the spirit of Shotokan karate.
