NBECH 2026 is almost here and the venue couldn't be more fitting.

Strömsholm, Sweden is one of Scandinavia's most iconic equestrian locations, with a competition history stretching back over 108 years. This coming week, it hosts something truly special: all three Olympic disciplines under one roof, as the region's best riders gather to compete for Nordic-Baltic glory.

From 22–25 June, the spotlight falls on Dressage and Para Dressage at Stallplan. Then from 26–30 June, Jumping takes centre stage, with Eventing set against the stunning backdrop of Strömsholm Castle on 26–27 June 🏰

This is nine days of world-class sport, history, and heart.

The Nordic Baltic Equestrian Championships 2026 begin this coming weekend! 🇩🇰🇪🇪🇫🇮🇱🇻🇱🇹🇳🇴🇸🇪🐴

From 22–30 June, Strömsholm, Sweden, will welcome the best riders from seven Nordic and Baltic nations to compete in Dressage, Para Dressage, Jumping and Eventing at one of the region's most anticipated equestrian events.

Team Norway claimed an emotional home victory in the Longines EEF Series Nations Cup of Drammen, rising to the occasion in front of an enthusiastic home crowd and securing the win after a thrilling four-way jump-off.

Throwing it back to Belgium's victory at the 2025 Longines EEF Series CSIO3* Drammen Region North qualifier 🇧🇪🏆

Fast forward to 2026, and the Belgians are once again proving why they're among Europe's strongest nations. Sitting at the top of the Region West leaderboard with 200 points, they've already secured their place at the Region West–Central Semi-Final and are firmly in the conversation as contenders for the Final in Avenches. 🔥

Italy has once again demonstrated the strength, consistency, and excellence of its equestrian athletes, securing the Nations Cup title in Thessaloniki (GRE) for a second consecutive year. This achievement reflects the dedication of the riders, horses, support teams, and federation working together at the highest level of our sport.

Led by Chef d'Équipe Mario Verheyden, the winning team featured:

Italy made it two wins in three days when they successfully defended their title at the Longines EEF Series Region South qualifier in Thessaloniki (GRE). Germany finished second while Hungary rounded out the podium in third.

A special salute to the grooms who helped Team Italy shine in Deauville, ensuring that Cerruti de Kreisker, RR Carcom, Creme de la Creme Z and Quincy Juice were ready to perform at their very best. ❤️🐴

Together with riders Filippo Bassan, Matilde Giorgia Bianchi, Filippo Tabarini and Federico Ciriesi, and under the guidance of Chef d’Équipe Filippo Tabarini, they played a vital role in bringing home the win in the CSIO3* Deauville Longines EEF Series Region West qualifier.
