De laatste van onze Ashtanga Insight Evenings met Jasmine en Serge. Deze keer: een introductie op de Intermediate Series — Nadi Shodhana.
Wat brengt de tweede reeks? Meer dan je denkt. Kracht vóór mobiliteit. De schoudergordel als fundament. En een heel nieuwe manier van kijken naar je practice.

Our 3rd Ashtanga Insight workshop yesterday was fun!

We focused on the second part of the Primary series. Excellent interaction, to-the-point questions, lots of trying out. Great to have such a motivated and interested audience 🫶.

Next week at the final session we'll taste the first asanas of the Intermediate series - in an accessible manner.
