Ik heb het altijd geloofd: je begrijpt pas écht wat iets betekent wanneer je er zelf doorheen gaat.
En dat geldt net zo hard voor je gezondheid als voor je business.

Als ondernemer ben ik iemand die altijd vooruitgaat.
Project na project.
Focus. Doorzetten. Resultaten boeken.
Ik heb mezelf nooit geassocieerd met een burnout of hormonale crash — dat paste gewoon niet in mijn wereldbeeld.

Tot eind 2023 en 2024.
Alles wat ik normaal perfect kon managen, viel samen: perimenopauze, gewicht dat toenam zonder reden, prikkelbaar, meer moe, weinig zin in ‘iets’….
In de moment zelf bleef ik — zoals elke ondernemer — “functioneren”.
Maar achteraf gezien, vanuit helikopterview, zie ik hoe duidelijk de signalen waren.

Dat moment kwam toen ik mijn cortisol liet testen.
Waar een gezonde curve door de dag heen zakt, had ik… een rechte lijn. 5 na 12 bleek.
Mijn systeem stond constant “aan” — dag én nacht.
En ik was me daar totaal niet van bewust.

En precies dat herken ik nu bij zóveel vrouwen 40+:
je lichaam dat blijft presteren, buikvet dat vastzit, energie die crasht, slaap die ver weg lijkt, emoties die onvoorspelbaar worden.
Het voelt alsof je mind en body twee verschillende agenda’s hebben.

Ik ging op zoek naar de root cause — niet naar pleisters. En niet alleen vrouwen 40+ zitten in die hormonale rollercoaster…
Veel vrouwelijke ondernemers lopen online tegen exact hetzelfde aan:
ze werken hard, creëren content, starten duizend dingen —
maar missen dat éne puzzelstuk om écht authentiek te groeien. DAT PUZZELSTUK?
➡️Attraction Marketing + vrouwelijke energie + balans.

Vandaag voel ik me sterker, rustiger en scherper in mijn denken dan ooit.
Mijn energie is terug.
Mijn lichaam werkt weer met mij in plaats van tegen mij.
En wat ik eerst zag als een setback, zie ik nu als een strategisch inzicht:
➡️Je lichaam vertelt je altijd iets — ook als ondernemer.
🔥 Wanneer jij in balans komt, volgt je business automatisch. Zo leuk als alles duidelijk en helder wordt.

✨ Voor mijn health- & business-minded vrouwen…

Het wordt tijd dat ik even eerlijk ben over mijn afgelopen jaar…en voor sommigen wat meer duidelijkheid schep.

Eind 2023 en heel 2024 voelde ik me alsof ik in een tsunami terechtkwam. Burn-out was het verdikt na wat tests. Perimenopauze ‘EN PLUS’ zie de gyneocoloog en die haalde me volledig onderuit.
En alsof dat nog niet genoeg was…..het stopzetten van mijn sportclub — het stukje routine dat me nog sportieve houvast gaf.
In 2020 eerste knieopeatie…net diegene achter de rug én er stond alweer een nieuwe gepland nu eind 2025.
Twee kruisbanden herstellen met hamstrings…en standsbeencorrectie van het bovenbeen met maanden revalidatie, trust me, dat vooruitzicht geeft je nachten waarin je meer nadenkt dan slaapt.

🌦️Maar zoals altijd komt na regen toch echt zonneschijn — en hier sta ik nu.
Maandenlang heb ik in stilte gewerkt, me herpositioneerd en geluisterd naar mezelf ipv de rate-race te laten overnemen.
Als ik in de afgelopen 1,5 jaar niet naar je feestje, huwelijk, B-day of dinner kwam, weet dan, t’lag niet aan jou! Ik had letterlijk in nix zin!

Na lange stilte kwam ik tot één inzicht:
👉 Ik miste jaren geleden dat ENE DING toen ik online wou groeien… echte Attraction Marketing
➡️Zonder DM-spam-Zonder mensen “lastigvallen”-Zonder home-parties.
En gek genoeg dacht ik eerst:
“Ik stop met coachen. Genoeg.”
Maar diep vanbinnen wist ik: coaching is mijn hart.
Ik kán niet niet helpen.
En het zou egoïstisch zijn om te zwijgen, terwijl zóveel vrouwen zich herkennen in mijn hormonale rollercoaster, mijn burn-out, én in het online “zomaar wat doen” zonder richting.
Dus ik heb een keuze gemaakt.
💛 Ik kies ‘evolueren’ ipv ‘jezelf kwijt raken’.
💛 Ik kies ‘bouwen met aantrekkingskracht’ ipv ‘druk en spammen’.
💛 Ik kies ‘de natural way ’ipv ‘medicatie nemen’.
💛 Ik kies voor vrouwen helpen die – net als ik – zichzelf bijna kwijt waren.En ja… waar ik al maanden in stilte aan werk, komt er eindelijk aan.
Niet als een harde sales-push.Maar als een hand die ik uitreik.
