Onze regio is trots op onze nieuwe dangraden !
- Mol is een Shodan rijker : proficiat Joke
- Retie groeit met twee Shodans en een Yondan : proficiat Vik, Lou en Thomas.
- Turnhout versterkt zich met drie Nidans en drie Yondans : proficiat Joke, Nele, Robben, Jef, Manuel en Wim.

Jullie prestaties waren intens en prachtig.
Dit mooie resultaat is te danken aan een sterke regionale samenhang waar trainers, uki's en jullie zelf met veel geduld, een sterke motivatie en een volhardende inzet samen naartoe gewerkt hebben.

Laten we dit vooral zo verderzetten !

Yesterday we had a fantastic Gasshuku led by Soke Antonio Garcia Martinez .
Thank you Soke for keeping our minds sharp and whetting our appetite for more.
Also a big thank you to Luc Vandervelde for making it a fantastic team-building experience.
It was a wonderful day!
