🧑‍🎄💥🇫🇷2024 MCCD 'Course de Noël' in the books. 🇫🇷🧑‍🎄💥 Final cancelled, P2 overall ❗️

After building and finishing a new Xray XB4c'25, powered with Team Corally electronics, on friday,
I headed for Danmartin-en-Goelle 🇫🇷, Saterday afternoon. Arrived at the track at 5pm, had some chat left and right with old friends i havent had seen for 6-7 some 8 years (!), i managed to run in the brand new car, and did 2- 5 min sessions with new tyres.

The car was box/manual build, with standard Corally CMM10 ESC, and 6,5T Vulcan2 motor.
The Xray was on rails ! The Feeling was good ! Not to say AMAZING.

Sunday race day, did not bring a lot of excitement, besides i safed the new tyres for the finals who where cancelled in the end, due to an unfortunate technical failure of the organisor laptimer-system.

A fun battle with Nico Risser, who has been a great example for me back in the day with Team Xray ! Time flew by, but for good old sake 🥂💥

Results :

- Q1 = P1
- Q2 = P2
- Q3 = DNF

Finals : ❌

Its my first proper race in a long time.
I can just be very positive, and i am very excited for 2025 !

Woke up at 6 AM, groggy but ready. Knocked out some work, then glanced outside—what a shocker! Rain, ice, and even snow had turned the night into chaos. As the sun peeked out, I grabbed my GoPro and trusty Rain-Training Xray XB2d. What did I find? A wild mix—part flooded, part frozen. But that didn’t stop me. Had to keep my daily battery-run going !
