Coo still has a fab display of flowers on show and the Waterfall was in full flow with a hint of a rainbow!
It was too nice not to get the cycles out and take advantage of the conditions!

Had to interrupt the wall to wall Motorcycle race action yesterday to watch the last 50kms of the Cycling World Championships and blow me if Podgacar did not just batter them in this one too!!!
But the best bit was Ben Oconnor getting Silver, what a brilliant end to the racing season he has had and just demonstrating that the nice guys can be successful at a professional level too!

Starting to get into the vibe of the Cycling World championships now, the Mixed relay TT was amazing, Australia beating Germany by 8/10ths of a second over 1hr 34 of racing and today men's Junior (under 23) was brutal as it pi**ed down and was won by a lad of 17 from Italy with a brit aged 18 in 2nd place after last years champ Danish rider Pederson crashed out while looking like he was going to monster it with 25kms to go!
Sundays Men's should be a proper set, looking forward to sitting down and enjoying that one!!
