Big news at LUXFLY Indoor Skydive in Sterpenich (Arlon, near Luxembourg).

We are installing smart batteries and a new electrical substation was delivered yesterday to create one of the first green wind tunnels in the world.

This major upgrade supports a more sustainable business model and greener energy on the LUXFLY site.

‼️During the works, the LUXFLY parking is closed up beginning of April!

Please park at Decathlon Arlon, Rue de Grass 99, and access LUXFLY directly via the outside stairs on the same site.

Indoor skydiving, close to Luxembourg City and Arlon, now getting even greener.

🚀 Back in 2019, when we installed the power cabin at Luxfly Indoor Skydive, I never imagined such tough energy times were coming… ⚡🤯😱

But they hit hard...

We went all in: analyzed the market, studied the charts, explored every single opportunity and possibility, drafted plans, crunched numbers… until we found THE solution.

Next week the works begin on our advanced renewable battery storage — one of the smartest upgrades right now in for a high-power adventure like ours.

Clean power captured, grid stress crushed during flights, costs under control, thrills uninterrupted.

This is the next big chapter for my beloved flying project 💓💕 — I’m BEYOND excited! 💃💃

Normally, I’m fully excited when I land. 🪂
This one was different. Relief, Gratitude.
A wave of emotion I didn’t expect...

After nearly an hour on the swing, landing on the beach beside the Burj Al Arab felt unreal.

Up there, I stayed sharp, alert, present.

This wasn’t about adrenaline.
It was about trusting the work, the preparation, the people — and the process.

A rare kind of landing.

One that reminds you how deeply you’re alive.

Day 3 of a world-first aerial project created to celebrate the 15th anniversary of — a global leader in human flight, innovation, and operational excellence.

Suspended on a swing beneath an airship, flying through one of the most complex urban environments in the world, this moment was about focus, precision, and trust.
Not adrenaline — presence.

A long flight.
Constant wind shifts.
No room for improvisation.

This is where preparation takes over and everything becomes real.

I just found the video of my very first tandem jump in 2005 — and guess what I was wearing?
A pink suit. 💖
And who was filming?
💖💖

That jump was AMAZING… but strangely, it wasn’t enough to make me start skydiving.

One year later I tried indoor skydiving, and that was instant love — that place where you can learn the right body position, refine your flying, and fly forever. I trained in the wind tunnel as much as I could, and only years later I decided to skydive … and discovered it was actually the same feeling I had fallen in love with in the windtunnel.

And Yes, the frames in the video you see my husband who did the editing and guided me perfectly to discover this amazing sport! 💖

It’s crazy how life plants seeds long before we understand what they mean.
