Come and experience two days of Nia 52 Moves and learn how you can use them to keep your body fit in the long term.

💫 Did you know that you can participate in a Nia MOVE IT training WITHOUT prior Art of Sensation (Whitebelt) training? The MOVE IT / 52 Moves training is open to EVERYBODY! So motivate your Nia participants to come with you!!!

💫Whether you are a passionate Nia participant or a Nia newbie, everyone is welcome and will take away just as much from the training for their own Nia practice as long-time Nia teachers who are looking to refine their skills with the Language of Nia – for more creativity in their own creations inspired by form or for creative interval training.

𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐟 𝐣𝐢𝐣 𝐣𝐞 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐞 𝐠𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐤𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬? 🥵Geïnspireerd door de mysterieuze middeleeuwse dansplaag (choreomanie) laten we het podium trillen: kom mee dansen met leerkrachten en leerlingen van de dansafdeling voor een meeslepende, ritmische roes. 🌀Denk aan pulserende ritmes en eenvoudige patronen die je zo oppikt—geen ervaring nodig, alleen goesting om mee te bewegen.

Een vleugje geschiedenis om je in de sfeer te brengen: in 1518 werd Straatsburg dagenlang gegrepen door een onverklaarbare dansmanie—mensen bleven swingen alsof ze betoverd waren. Wat dreef hen? Muziek, mystiek, of pure collectieve overgave? Wij brengen die energie veilig en feestelijk tot leven—en iedereen kan meedoen.
