Shin Gi Tai Kempo is a Martial Art under the Guidance of SGM Daniel Hayen.

The main goal of this art is the creation of a logical style that could be used by everybody whatever the characteristics of the praticioner (his size, his weight or his age,...) In this system, the work is done according the power lines (height, width, depth) of your opponent. The objective is to physically and mentally disturbe the opponent in order that he is completely destabilised and unable

to make a counter attack. So, by an alternation of a punches and kicks, touches and keys, you can neutralise your opponent. The trait of this defense system is the fast ex*****on of techniques more especially a quick succession of multiple movements always in a logical order. This art is based on three elements: Le Shin, le Gi et le Tai or the mind, the technique and the body.
