📅 November 13–15, 2026

Bouts without strikes, using throws, holds, chokes. Ground wrestling: 30 sec, clinch: 10 sec. Open to all wrestling styles: Sambo, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Greco-Roman, Freestyle.

Individual demonstration of formal technical complexes (Kata, Pahumse, Tuli). Judged for coordination, balance, concentration, power control, fighting spirit. Open to all martial arts with formal systems: Karate, Taekwondo, Kung Fu, etc.

🛡 B-5 Self-Defense Demonstration — MSAC World Championship 2026!

📍 Wrocław, Poland
📅 November 13–15, 2026

Participants demonstrate techniques against unarmed attacks. Age categories 6–7, 8–9, 10–11, 12–13, 14–15, 16–17, 18+. All martial arts welcome: Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga, Karate, Hand-to-hand combat, Aiki-Do.
