Navratri days 7-9
9 days of reconnecting with the Divine Feminine through simple practices and presence is truly powerful. I naturally made space to land in my body, feel into my intuition, accept my emotions, set boundaries, and connect with nature. Mornings of reading & reflecting, afternoon breaks of yoga nidra, evenings of writing on feminine qualities, two nights of pelvic mapping - It all came effortlessly.
Grateful for India being such a source of inspiration and remembering.
Ma Kalaratri and Mahagauri brought confrontation, clarity and peace around things I want to address, overcome and carry forward. And I loved wondering about Ma Siddidatri and being the mistress of the Universe 🪷
On this 9th day, 9 (mostly) girls - came home for Kanya Puja. The girls are worshipped as the embodiment of Durga. Their feet are washed, food is offered, as well as little gifts. Upon return, they bless the adults. So cute, and a beautiful symbolism that Shakti / the divine feminine also resides in every young girl.
Dusshera brought this festival to a beautiful peak. We bathed in her pristine waters, and felt transformed walking into a new chapter when crossing the bridge. Upon arriving home, I received my bleed - all in theme of the card rebirth. 🩸⭕️
What has Navratri brought you?
