Therefore, we were extremely proud and happy to have our first driver Nathan Vanspringel to become a Ford Performance Junior Driver 2025. This season, we will continue to support Nathan in his career and sportsmanship, supported by our technical partner TeamFloral in the Mustang GT4!

But we also welcome Michiel Haverans Racing as a new and promising young driver for the 2025 GT4 European Series with the Mustang GT4 too! TeamFloral will be dedicated to support Michiel's extraordinary engineering and racing mindset and build the foundation for another promising career in motorsports.

At Ironwood, we see striking similarities between race car drivers and CEOs. Often CEOs that engage in hashtag , as racing drivers, have learned some lessons on the track that others learn only later in their career in the boardroom. Let's explore some overlap:

⚡ Both require looking far ahead to anticipate changes, avoiding the temptation to be overly cautious, and recovering quickly from setbacks.

💯 In racing, staying focused and smooth translates to faster performance, much like in business.

🤼 Just as a racing team ensures the car is in top shape, a CEO must build a strong, supportive team.

🐢 Whether handling equipment issues or setbacks, adaptability and perseverance are key.

🤝 Lastly, just as each driver adjusts their seat for comfort, teams in business must find their best ways of working together.

We are proud to have debuted Ironwood at Spa 🇧🇪 with the Ford Mustang GT4 in the GT4 European Series, operated by our Performance division, TeamFloral, supported by FordStore Vanspringel Automobiles and driven by Nathan Vanspringel and Nico Verdonck. It's an affirmation that the world of business leaders and racing drivers are closer linked than most people notice at first. Both rare breeds aim to excel - from the boardroom to the track.
