Ronde des Vallées

The boys returned to Brittany for the 2026 edition of the RdV, a race we’ve been to many times now and which is always a fun few days away.

Saturday saw the opening road stage, which was sadly affected by multiple crashes. All the camsmajaco boys came down at one point or other.

In the closing stages, got a gap with two others, only to be caught 100m before the line. Everyone came in safely though.

An early Sunday start for the ITT, but unfortunately, suffering the effects of his crash on day 1, alex coles was unable to take the line.

Some standout riders though, with Gus Dutton securing 4th and Daniel Davies 6th.

Onto the final stage and a nice, attritional course split things up. Gus and Sam were in a select chase group between the two leaders in front, and this further split to put Sam in the hunt for 3rd and Gus for
5th. Behind, Dan, Harley Widdowson and Aaron did a fantastic job for the team, closing down anything that moved, including the yellow jersey.

It was 4th and 5th for Sam and Gus in the end, and that propelled them onto the GC podium in 2nd and 3rd respectively.

A very nice reward for a very nice bit of push bike racing from all the boys

Another excellent Valromey Tour Feminin

The team had a fantastic time in the Alps recently, where Ain Bugey Valromey Tour’s junior women’s race had expanded from 2 to 3 days for its second edition

Some great rides and results, with gabby and both bagging top 10s. Big shifts from everyone - we were super proud to have all our riders within the (narrow) time cut on each of the three days

Now, it’s Spain as we take on the Volta Ciclista Osona Fememina and the Vuelta a Cantabria Femenina 🙌🇪🇸

European Champion!

Massive congrats to who smashed the Points Race at the UEC Junior Track Championships

Her gold medal in the points was backed up by an amazing 2nd in the Omnium and a strong 6th in only her second ever IP

National champs at the National Champs

Last weekend saw nearly all our riders descend on Yorkshire for the Junior National TT and Road Championship. Thanks to YOMP BONK CREW🔝🔛💸 for being the ringmasters

Kicking off on Saturday with the TT, we saw some super strong riders from everyone, with and Leon Atkins both bagging a stripey jumper. Top, top testing, which also saw gabby taking a fine second place

Onto the road race on Sunday, and for some time it looked like a brave long range attack by Megan Cherry would land her the win. Sadly, she was caught just before the line but held on for an excellent second, with Melanie Rowe taking the kick behind for 3rd.

No big results for the boys, but props to alex coles for being active in the main break of the day

Extended to three days, the Valromey Tour Féminin is a race like no other

Our junior women will tackle some of the most brutal courses of the year. Things conclude with a mass start race from the foot of the Grand Colombier to the top. 1247m of climbing in 17.9km – madness!

This was for Shane

The boys headed to the Alps last weekend for Classic Region Sud, a race that should have been the next one for Shane O’Brien.

They rode their hearts out, channelling Shane’s determination, good humour and strength through 3 days of super tough climbing.

And they did yer man Shane proud, with Milo de la mare taking two 5th places and a 6th, two 8th places and an 11th and Harley Widdowson an 11th and a 14th

It is with immense sadness that we report the death of Shane O’Brien, a first-year junior with us.

Shane tragically died yesterday in a training accident in Ireland.

Shane was a talented rider who had a bright future ahead of him, and was a kind-hearted, gentle and positive young man. We were honoured to have him as a member of the team and he will be forever in our hearts.

Our thoughts at this devastating time are with his family, friends, teammates and all who were lucky enough to know him.
