Aujourd'hui deput du stage des sports d'hiver avec l'ecole. Super content de faire ce stage car cela peut m'aider a ameliorer un peut mon physique.
Et puis bein j'adore les sports d'hiver.

Today's run in the fitness. 2km happy with the time and let's me see that running inside/outside, there is a big difference.

Aujourd'hui début de longue session de course à pied sur la piste de l'école.
(mise en forme pour le début de la saison prochaine).
Vandaag de start van een heel lange loop sessie die begint, op de school piste.
(doel, klaarstomen voor volgend jaar in de Europe.) (ook een pak gewicht verliezen😂😂😜).
