reality check…

What society expects of us 🥸

Go to school until at least 18 years old,
Go to university,
Find a well-paid desk job,
Work until 65 years old and then live on a small pension...

But what if you don't fit into society?
What if you have other goals?

Will you stay in that 9-5 job that doesn't get you any further in life?
Or do you choose the risk and start building the life you want to live.

I didn't choose the obvious.
I didn't fit into what society expects of me.
I chose the risk!

Why because my dreams and goals are worth more than getting stuck in the 'system'.

Fear…

Fear of going back to that dark place?🖤

Yes I have that too!

When you work hard at something.
- Mind set
-Personal development
- Positive affirmation
- ...

And you get a negative setback, negative people around you, ...

Then it seems to me very difficult not to be afraid!

No matter how hard it is to let you fall back into that fear.
Don't forget what you've learned!
Don't forget what you did to get out of that dark time!

Remember what you've done for yourself!
You did that for yourself!

Remember...

Whatever others say, think or feel.
YOU are important.
You are your #1

Not always!

This photo was taken 30 minutes after a panic attack.
And I doubted for a long time whether I should post it. 🖤

But why exactly?

Shame, prejudice, ...

Yes I had an anxiety/panic attack but will that determine the rest of my day?

No.

Fall 7 times and get up 8!

After every setback, After every negative experience, ...

Get backup!

we fall,
we fail,
we cry,
We laugh,..

We are PEOPLE!

A feeling that really and sincerely comes from your heart!

And that's the feeling I have today...

Grateful for this incredible opportunity that I was given and can now pass on to others.

Grateful for all the wonderful people I get to know online or offline.

Grateful for the freedom I build for myself.

Grateful for the life I choose to live...

Yes, with all these things comes sacrifice. But I know what I'm doing it for!
I know why my sacrifices are going to get me to the life I want!

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞...

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.

- 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲:
I've struggled with anxiety and depression for years. But since I started my online adventure and really get the chance to work on myself. Looking in the mirror doesn't bother me as much as I did a few months ago. 
- 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
My confidence has grown so much that sometimes I don't believe it myself! I'm doing things that I never thought possible 2 months ago that I would ever do! 
- 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆:

Because of my fear and insecurity, I always found it very difficult to allow myself to feel happy. Weird right? My thoughts were always (yes always!) negative. I can't do this I can not do that, I dare not do this I do not do that, ...

Now I get up and think about what I'm thankful for. Even the smallest things! And I immediately smile.  I don't feel all of these things daily or constantly but I am open to feeling and believing at least 1 of them! And to really see myself that way.

𝗪𝗵𝘆?  𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅-𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄.

One more thing I learned! Learn to love yourself because you deserve it. I deserve it!  I'm incredibly happy with everything I've learned! But I will continue because if you don't want to work on yourself and settle for who you are and where you are in life you will stand still...

Plan A: The life you want the most, The freedom you’re being looking for, Do the thing you want most in life, The thing you want to fight for…  Plan B: Settling for the next best thing if plan A doesn’t work!
People always talk about there plan A and they have plan B as a back-up. But why do you need a back-up?  If, you have your future mapped out in your head. And you know what you want! Then why should or would you settle for the next best thing?
