2023 is coming to an end…it is time to have a look back and analyze what happened so far...and to see how we can make it better for the years to come…We can always improve things, it is the essence of our life to aim for a better future...We all have different goals but we all wish to reach them. It means sometimes to take a break to have a critical eye on ourselves …maybe it is time to take some decisions …as we say…no pain no gain…we have the power in our hands, we need to be creative and work on ourselves….

Sometimes we can think that the world is going crazy, we struggle with wars in many places, climate is a disaster, economy has a hard time, people are fighting to find accommodation, work is getting harder and evolve so quickly that we aren't able to follow it….We have to live with but we have to think that we can make better and act as we could change something even a small thing…it is the addition of these small things that might count later….never give up…keep hoping and trying...

Building confidence in ourselves is a long process but will bring us to a more peaceful life. Make the most of your time , enjoy every moment of your life, time is precious, don’t waste it for things which are not worthy…take time to care about your health before it's too late, take time for those you love, to spread kindness, respect, and trust around you...

Hopefully 2024 will bring us a more peaceful world…I wish you a HAPPY NEW YEAR, much of love , joy and happiness….
