Here we are, a week later
On the occasion of the 24h C1 of , I had the opportunity to join the team of GabanMotorSports as a physical trainer.
The team lined up 2 cars, with 4 drivers in each.
My role :
➡️Warm-up, preparation, coordination and concentration
➡️Nutrition and hydration management
➡️Recovery, Stretching and massage
During this double clock, I accompanied the 8 drivers of cars 228 and 231 in their before and after. Before their relay, I offered them a multitude of exercises offering them an attentional and musculo-articular awakening to prepare them for the race. Then, after each of their stints, and particularly with the heat, I took care to control their hydration but also their muscle recovery through passive stretching and massage. This is in order for him to recover properly in order to be ready for their next stint.
During endurance races such as this, being attentive to each of the drivers so that they are in good shape to ensure all of their stints over the 24 hours is essential.
The feedback indicates that the work met expectations. So, I have the pleasure of meeting you at Spa Francorchamp in October.
Thank you to all the drivers present who welcomed me with open arms and listened with full confidence, thank you also to Gaban Motorsport for the great place in the box.
Thanks also to
Moreover, thanks to Angels Racing Team , Margaux Liagre and Eve who also participated in a warm-up.
In short, another magical weekend for
The Best way to be better
