The 2026 European Sheepdog Championship is over!
After four intense and fantastic days, the European Sheepdog Championship has come to an end. The competitions have run, the last sheep have been cleared, and everything is gradually falling back into place.
For our organization, too, we have almost reached the end. We are currently finalizing the last administrative matters, and after that, we too can officially conclude this magnificent championship.
We would like to thank everyone who contributed to the success of this European Championship in any way. Participants, judges, volunteers, sponsors, partners, visitors, supporters, and everyone behind the scenes: without you, this would never have been possible.
The many congratulations and wonderful reactions we received from various countries also did us a great deal of good. It is particularly nice to see how much appreciation there is for the work we have done together with our team.
It was a great challenge, but above all a fantastic experience to be able to organize this championship and bring so many people together around our beautiful sport.
And in the meantime, we are already looking forward to October next year in Switzerland, where we hope to welcome everyone again!
