Chers membres, la rentrée de la rc approche à grands pas.
Vous êtes nombreux à nous poser des questions sur l'avenir du BCI, à l’heure de vous écrire ces quelques lignes, nous ne savons toujours pas de quoi il sera fait. La ville, propriétaire du local, ne s'est pas encore prononcée sur le renouvellement du bail, il s'avère que depuis le décès de Christophe, les loyers n’ont plus été payés et nous, bénévoles, ne pouvons rien faire. Malgré la volonté de Christophe et un accord convenu entre les parties concernées de son vivant, nous n’avons pas pu reprendre l’ASBL existante car nous avons rencontré un très gros obstacle. Sachez que nous faisons tout ce qui est en notre pouvoir pour que notre passion continue, tout comme Christophe l’aurait voulu. Nous sommes toujours en contact avec la ville et nous aimerions et souhaitons repartir sur des bases saines avec une nouvelle asbl qui se voudra plus transparente.
Dear members, the return to rc is fast approaching. Many of you ask us questions about the future of the BCI, at the time of writing these few lines, we still don't know what it will be like. The city, owner of the local, has not yet decided on the renewal of the lease, it turns out that since the death of Christophe, the rents have not been paid and we, volunteers, cannot do anything. Despite Christophe's will and an agreement reached between the parties concerned during his lifetime, we were unable to take over the existing non-profit organization because we encountered a very big obstacle. Know that we are doing everything in our power to ensure that our passion continues, just as Christophe would have wanted. We are still in contact with the city and we would like and wish to start again on a sound basis with a new non-profit organization that wants to be more transparent.
