Tactical Airsoft Confrontation Team, or in short TACT, was founded in 2005 after a few friends discovered airsoft as a sport. At the beginning, TACT focused on one specific aspect of airsoft, the so called Close Quarter Battles or CQB in short. In 2006, TACT organized events at an empty plant called Belgafabriek somewhere along the Albert-canal in Antwerp. This location had 10.000m² of playground
across 3 floors and was covered with office areas, courtyards, hangars,… It was a perfect field for airsoft events! TACT grew from a few to a team with not less than 20 members. After the old Belgafabriek got demolished, TACT went looking for a new location. After a long search they got a hold of the Klipper building were new events took place after a good cleanup. Furthermore TACT had events in locations like The sawmill, The warehouse and The Limburg towers. Sadly many of the members quit airsoft due to other priorities. At the end of 2012, TACT woke up from its slumber when a few of its core members decided to pick things up again. TACT was arisen again, new events were visited, a new modern patch was designed and new high end gear and replica’s were bought. TACT decided move its focus from CQB to all aspects in airsoft and attended games at fields like fort knox, Givet, the chambers, barchon, Command0’s,…
As you will see on some pictures, team members invested in upgrading replicas (like our customized m249 for example) and a general dress code that was multicam.
2014 was a big one for TACT as members got better and more uniform gear and attended events as often as possible. They also resigned with the AAB (the Belgian airsoft association) and set a goal to attend events in all of Europe. TACT also put up their official website and page, so people could follow the team online. In march of 2014 something unplanned happened. After playing a few times with the guys from another team called CL43, it was decided to merge the two teams and go further as a bigger unified TACT with 10 members. With the teams merging TACT gained a youtube channel where they offer not only event videos but also reviews of anything that’s airsoft related. Up until now, the youtube channel is growing in viewers and subscribers, so be sure to go check it out. But, all the good stuff didn’t end there.. At the end of 2014, TACT gained two major sponsors. Magnum boots and airsoftshop (Europe)! You can visit them at:

To further expand their reach, an official TACT Instagram and twitter account was set up in 2015. TACT currently has 12 members and is getting well known on the Belgian airsoft fields for their intense playstyle and fairplay! In April 2015 some members attended the big event called Borderwar 7 at the Czech Republic. You can follow TACT at:
