Unbelievably grateful to get the opportunity put time in on what is quite possibly the most iconic training venue in the World. For years, the best of the best regularly show up in the forests of Lichtaart.

As much as these trips are about the racing experience, they are just as much about learning the lifestyle, the nuances of race day logistics and taking advantage of the superlative training options. A huge thank you to for the details to make figuring this out as easy as possible!

After a season where our team won the USCX overall, had medals at continental & national championships and found the podium with every rider, it would have been easy to call it a success and moved on to future season’s goals. Instead we packed up the youngest of the crew, hand selected races they could be competitive in and planned infrastructure and staff to support them in a familiar way. Lauren and Jules are at a point where these races can be invaluable in their quest towards being some of the best in the World. So

Not only is he Fast AF, he’s incredibly motivating, willing to put the work in to make it all happen for everyone else and one hell of a sandwich maker. Jake’s been by my side for a long time and none of what we do would be possible without him. Thank you Sir, Enjoy the Gold Medal 🥇!

Last night, I got to stand on a cooler in a cold, wet, dark parking lot and acknowledge some of the people that helped make my dream in to a reality.

A fitting venue for such after the past dozen or so years of cyclocross.

But I felt the warmth. You all made me feel loved. I’ll miss the community most of all. Thanks for the great run. -AR

That feeling when the plan comes together just as you hoped.

Lauren and Caroline have been growing together both inside and outside the tape. Caroline’s experience matched by Lauren’s youthful exuberance. They are teaching each other incredibly valuable lessons.

Yesterday, they culminated our season together by going 1-2 in convincing fashion.

Well done ladies. You make us all very proud.

The ending of this story was beautifully similar to the beginning. Caroline’s short season was bookended by dominating wins and just as importantly filled with lessons that drove all of us to improve along the way.

So damn proud. Over a decade of practice, unwavering support, and trying to put together all the puzzle pieces for Lauren. Her first UCI Elite podium, in impressive company. Thanks to everyone that helped get her to this point, but there is no doubt of so much more to come.

The first week of the season, we fired our warning shot.

We are here to win. And we have.

Caroline and Lauren are at opposite ends of their careers. They are different in virtually every aspect of life. They have extremely contrasting season goals. But it works. They work.

With Lauren’s continuing progression finishing her most recent C1 with a top 5 just 39 seconds off the podium, Caroline now has her heir apparent. But, we’re not stopping. In fact, we’re just getting started.

We’ve heard it all this year. Veteran, mentor, past her prime.

What we see is determined, experienced, and knowledgeable.

After starting the season with 6 straight USCX podiums including 2 wins and a World Cup Top 10, Caroline has proven to be a weekly contender.

To all the naysayers: We’ll see you on the podium soon. 😉💪
