Thank you all for coming, joining the classes, the competition, helping out and making it an amazing day ❤️.

Dance fitness 20h, this Saturday 25 April Open Gym open door!
We end the classes with an intense Dance HIIT, plyometric music based workout.
This way we literally warm up the dancefloor for the rest of the evening!
This class can be quite intens cardio so bring some sweat proof clothes/ clothes for afterwards 🔥.

Here is the schedule for the free classes and workshops during the day. No need to register, just show up on time and enjoy what Open Gym has to offer!

During the whole day you can also join a fun climbing competition, play spikeball or just come and have a drink. Great food and music in the evening 🎶.
